A stylish double-sided woven scarf with a white warp and a clear, cool green color in the weft. The fringes are white and not as yellow as they appear in the pictures. The technique the weavers use is called goose eye - also called diamond weave. This allows the background color to shine through in the squares. Which in turn brings life to the scarf. The dimensions are 70 x 200 centimeters. The wool and silk blend is a bestseller quality with us. This quality is a blend of 70 percent cashmere and 30 percent silk. The scarf is woven in Srinagar, Kashmir for Mitt Kashmir. Can be machine washed on wool/silk program in a laundry bag. However, we prefer hand washing and a loving touch with the iron on 2 points after they have been laid flat to dry.
